BIOS Upgrade X855GME ---------------------------------------------------------------- UPGRADE PROCEDURE ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Extract the *.zip file and copy the files to a bootable disc or e.g. USB Memorystick. 2. Insert the disk into the floppy drive and reboot the APC620 / PPC700 (or boot from e.g. USB Memorystick). 3. After the reboot there will be displayed a bootmenu with follow options: *1. Upgrade AMI BIOS for X855GME - BIOS will be upgraded (5PC600.X855-xx) (Default after 5 sec) *2. Exit - Exit to Shell (MS-DOS). 4. After successful upgrade the system must be rebooted. 5. Press "Del" to enter BIOS Setup and load CMOS Defaults after REBOOT.
