Additional information and functions for registered users
The B&R Portal provides registered users with additional functionality. When you log in as a registered user with your username and password, you will have access to the following functions.
You have access to the revision history for the B&R products you have purchased.
Notification of changes
The notification of changes function allows you to be informed periodically about technical product changes. You can specify the product groups that you are interested in from your profile.
Customer-specific products are not shown in the general product catalog. As a registered user, however, you also have access to data for products that have been developed specifically for you.
You are able to search the B&R product catalog for products using your own model numbers via the product search function. Your model number is also displayed in the product catalog with the individual products. For this to function correctly, you must provide us with your model number when making your order.
Material returns portal
With the "Material return portal", you can handle repairs and reclamations quickly and efficiently. Clear tracking of repairs, seamless flow of information between customers and B&R and online availability of all service documents for a service order (repair or reclamation) are just some of the advantages of using this portal. This portal is available for both customers and partners.
With the "Support portal", you can easily create support requests and view the current status of existing requests. Ensuring transparent monitoring of the support process, providing complete documentation of the information flow between customers and B&R and making necessary files and documents needed for the solution available online are just a few of the benefits of using this portal.
