BIOS Upgrade GM45 APC800 / PPC800 BM45 BIOS Upgrade for 5PC800.BM45-00,-01 CPU modules. ---------------------------------------------------------------- UPGRADE PROCEDURE ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Extract the *.zip file and copy the files to a bootable disc or e.g. USB Memorystick. (Alternatively, a bootable CompactFlash card or a bootable USB stick can be used. Detailed information can be found in the APC800/PPC800 User Manual) 2. Insert the disk into the floppy drive and reboot the APC800 / PPC800 (or boot from e.g. USB Memorystick). 3. After the reboot there will be displayed a bootmenu with follow options: 1. Upgrade AMI BIOS for BM45 - BIOS will be upgraded. (5PC800.BM45-00,-01) (Default after 5 sec) 2. Exit - Exit to Shell (MS-DOS). 4. After successful upgrade the system must be rebooted. 5. Press "Del" to enter BIOS Setup and load CMOS Defaults after REBOOT.
