This license allows the use of feed-forward control based on a dynamic model. This enables high path precision even during dynamic movements. One license is necessary for each axis group.

Feed-forward torque control improves path precision during highly dynamic movements. For this purpose, torque setpoints are also calculated for the position setpoints during central setpoint generation. These provide feed-forward control for the individual drive controllers. Using application-specific dynamic parameters such as dimensions, masses and friction coefficients, a dynamic model is configured that is used for the calculations.
