This license provides basic functions for the safe monitoring of absolute positions of an axis and safe homing. The ACOPOS P3 requires a license to use this function.
Typical applications:
- Safe homing of an axis
- Implementation of safe software limit switches
- Limitation of the travel range when safety doors are open
Functional scope:
The following safety functions are included:
- Safe Homing (SafeHOMING)
- Safely Limited Position (SLP)
- Safe Maximum Position (SMP)
In combination with license "1TGMPSMCVEL", function Remanent Safe Position (RSP) is also available. This ensures that a safe position is maintained even after a restart; a homing procedure is not necessary.
