B&R combines the flexibility of the intelligent ACOPOStrak track system with the low cost of a conventional conveyor system – the perfect recipe for more cost-effective mass customization.

Automation PC 2200 is the latest generation of B&R's successful 2000 series of compact industrial PCs. Equipped with Intel Atom processors from the Apollo Lake generation, the Automation PC 2200 is available in either box PC or panel PC format.

B&R presents version R4.2 of its APROL process control system at ACHEMA. Other highlights at Booth A63 in Hall 11.1 include an Edge Controller for cloud communication and the ACOPOStrak transport system.

The new module with a compact housing is used in combination with an X90 controller for remote I/O expansion.

The new software component mapp IO simplifies the task of managing variants of machinery and equipment. mapp IO lets you add I/O modules to your machine at runtime.

B&R has published a new major release of its APROL process control system. APROL R 4.2 contains numerous new functions, including improved cloud communication via OPC UA and MQTT.

B&R is expanding the range of Power Panel T50 units to include two additional sizes. There are now five different sizes to choose from, with diagonals ranging from 5 to 15.6".

It is now easier than ever to implement databases in applications. With mapp Database, it is possible to archive data directly from the field level to a database.

B&R is investing in its Gilgenberg site, located a few kilometers from the B&R headquarters in Eggelsberg. The expansion adds new offices, training rooms and production space.
