BIOS Upgrade 945GME N270 ---------------------------------------------------------------- ATTENTION! Possible upgrade problems and version dependency ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Updating the BIOS from version V01.10 to V01.11, it can happen during the first boot of an existing windows installation, that the screen resolution is set incorrect, respectively the screen resolution is set like it is after a new graphics driver installation. ---------------------------------------------------------------- UPGRADE PROCEDURE ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Extract the *.zip file and copy the files to a bootable disc or e.g. USB Memorystick. (Alternatively, a bootable CompactFlash card or a bootable USB stick can be used. Detailed information can be found in the APC620/PPC700 User Manual) 2. Insert the disk into the floppy drive and reboot the APC620 / PPC700 (or boot from e.g. USB Memorystick). 3.
