Packaging without limits
The demands on packaging solutions are increasing: more product variants, shorter lifecycles and less time to react. Too often, this is seen as a reason to build an entirely new packaging line.
But what if existing lines could simply adapt? With faster changeovers, smarter control and minimal integration effort. That’s exactly what we show at interpack.
Our booth highlights include control, drive and safety technology, HMI and mechatronics, as well as the seamless integration of technologies such as machine vision and simulation - enabling flexible, future‑ready packaging production.
Every packaging sector has different demands. We know them.
“Our solutions for the packaging industry enable manufacturers to adapt to new products, personalize at scale, and maximize productivity with intelligent, future‑ready automation – so packaging can get personal.”

CT Pack’s MCS Carrier System is focusing on the food industry. It’s designed to pack any kind of minibites into cups or boxes. It’s a flexible, clean and precise machine setup is based on our planar motor solution ACOPOS 6D.

Hall 15, D58
The Agilius 12 machine is designed to help cosmetics and high‑end beauty manufacturers stay flexible as market demands change. Its modular design allows sub‑modules to be added to the main platform, enabling quick adaptation to future requirements.
At the heart of the machine: ACOPOS 6D, Codian D5 and all necessary automation parts from B&R.

Hall 16, D37
The packaging solution from Körber uses B&R’s ACOPOStrak transport system to enable flexible and precise product movement within the machine. Its modular approach supports dynamic processes and allows easy adaptation to different packaging requirements.

Hall 13, A03
The PFM F‑Series packaging solution is designed for flexible handling of flat‑bottom pouches. By integrating B&R’s ACOPOStrak Compact Curve, individual process steps are decoupled, allowing products to move independently.
Each package is carried by two shuttles, enabling adaptive motion and a steady, synchronized outfeed. This approach delivers high dynamics, compact machine layouts and reliable performance for pouch packaging applications with changing requirements.

Hall 6, D09
Rychiger’s packaging solution is built on B&R’s ACOPOStrak and Codian technology, enabling precise, flexible and efficient packaging processes. Real‑time synchronization and accurate track positioning help reduce cycle times while maintaining stable and reliable operation.
The machine supports primary, secondary and tertiary packaging, allowing manufacturers to handle a wide range of applications and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Halle 16, D72-13
R.WEISS Packaging presents the UNIROB top‑loading packaging line, designed for demanding packaging applications. With a focus on pharmaceutical use cases, the solution combines structured processes with intuitive, user‑friendly operation.
A web‑based HMI provides clear access to functions and process data, supporting efficient and transparent machine operation. The line demonstrates how modern interface concepts can be integrated into packaging solutions for regulated industries.

Hall 13, B63
With the SBE Elite, Serac introduces a new PET blow molding machine designed to meet flexible production requirements. Based on B&R’s ACOPOStrak transport system, each shuttle can be controlled individually. The result is high flexibility for changing bottle formats, reduced mechanical effort and a more compact machine layout. The solution supports PET bottle production for food and non‑food applications and can be easily integrated into existing production lines.

Hall 6, B79
Built on magnetic ACOPOS 6D shuttles and a free motion architecture, Thimonnier’s sealing and filling machines enable fully configurable production. Scalable output, duplicated stations, and multi format flexibility reduce footprint and simplify filling line design.

Hall 16, D22
TRUKING TECHNOLOTY LTD is a leading provider of integrated solutions for various production processes in the pharma sector. Their cartooning machine is based on B&R solutions such as ACOPOStrak, Vision, Codian, X20 controller & I/Os and ACOPOS P3.
