Automation Studio licenses
| 1TGSWAS.CRP.00-01 | The corporate license allows the use of Automation Studio by all users at a company at all of a company's sites, including all associated companies, for a period of one year. With the corporate license, it is permitted to license Automation Studio on a B&R Automation PC that is delivered with the machine if it can be guaranteed that only service personnel working for the machine or plant manufacturer will have access to that instance of Automation Studio. Licensing takes place via activation over the Internet. After one year, the license will automatically be extended an additional year and invoiced accordingly as long as the license has not been canceled before expiration. |
| 1TGSWAS.SNG.00-01 | The single-user license allows exactly one user to use Automation Studio at any given time for a period of one year. The license is stored on a Technology Guard (dongle). This permits multiple users to share the right to use Automation Studio on different workstations by connecting the Technology Guard with the single-user license to the respective workstation computer. After one year, the license will automatically be extended an additional year and invoiced accordingly as long as the license has not been canceled before expiration. The Technology Guard is not included in the single-user license (separate order required). |

It enables maintenance and diagnostics of existing machines and systems and their software. The license is stored in a software license container that is permanently bound to the computer. Transferring the license to another computer is therefore not possible. This license does not expire. Creating a new project and upgrades from the Internet are not supported. This license is supported starting with version 4.9. |
| 1TGSWAS.STE.00-01 | A site license allows the use of Automation Studio by any number of users at a single company location. The users must be employed at the respective company site but can use Automation Studio regardless of their location (internationally active service technicians, for example). Licensing takes place via activation over the Internet. After one year, the license will automatically be extended an additional year and invoiced accordingly as long as the license has not been canceled before expiration. |
| 1TGSWAS.STE.E0-01 | This Automation Studio license permits the licensing of any number of users for research and educational purposes at the site of the educational facility. The license expires automatically after 400 calendar days and cannot be extended. The license also includes the use of the software on private PCs belonging to students as long as this is permitted and desired by the educational institution. The educational license is not permitted to be used for commercial purposes. |
