Delta Performance in a compact design
The D4‑ST21 Compact series brings the proven Delta platform into a more space‑efficient form. Thanks to a reduced motor radius, Delta robots can be positioned closer together, enabling tighter layouts and enhanced nesting – all while preserving Codian’s signature speed, precision and dynamic motion. With working envelopes of 500, 700 and 900 mm, the updated series empowers OEMs to build high-performance production lines on a significantly smaller footprint if required.
Fixed Link option for high‑payload
For demanding high‑payload applications, B&R introduces a Fixed Link option for D4 and D5 Delta robots covering payloads from 20 to 35 kg. The rigid arm connection replaces the spring solution and ensures that arms remain securely attached in the event of a collision. By minimizing the risk of damage to grippers and conveyor systems, this option is ideally suited for CPG, packaging and pre‑palletizing environments. Depending on application needs, customers can choose between the Fixed Link and the classic spring connection.
