  • Your area of responsibility
  • Independently supervising development projects every step of the way from design to series production
  • Resource, time and cost planning as part of project management
  • Application of agile as well as classic methods for optimal team efficiency
  • Managing and coordinating the project team
  • Cooperating closely with our internal development departments and specialist departments
  • Internal interface to product management and sales
  • Coordination, also with external contacts
  • Monitoring project progress compared with the set targets
  • Further development of internal processes for increased agility (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant project documentation
  • Cyclic and extraordinary reporting
  • Your background
  • Completed technical education (HTL with several years of professional experience or FH/University)
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of agile and classic project management methods for product development
  • High interest in organizational activities
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Self-driven with an independent and systematic work approach
  • Confidence when working with external contacts
  • Willingness to learn and comfortable working as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for innovative system solutions
  • High level of quality awareness
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

In order to comply with legal requirements, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in the amount of € 3,398.14 gross/month. A clear willingness to increase pay based on qualifications and experience.
