In this role, you will be responsible for managing, planning, controlling and monitoring our fleet of vehicles. The goal is efficient and optimized deployment planning to achieve maximum fleet utilization.

  • Your area of responsibility
  • Responsibility for all operational and strategic car fleet management tasks
  • Handling bidding and price negotiations with suppliers and buyers
  • First point of contact for our external and internal customers, e.g. leasing partners, car dealerships, workshops and drivers
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Checking invoices and commercial processing of all business transactions related to the described tasks
  • Analyzing and optimizing the vehicle fleet and its efficiency and cost-saving potential
  • Creating and implementing fleet guidelines in cooperation with the HR department
  • Planning and documenting periodic maintenance work and inspections
  • Handling administration of insurance and management of claims
  • Monitoring and reporting fleet data
  • Reporting in coordination with management
  • Your background
  • Commercial training at the Austrian Matura level
  • Relevant professional experience in purchasing and/or fleet management
  • Experience in the rental car industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Austrian and international vehicle markets
  • Experience with work on a PC (especially MS Office programs)
  • Service-oriented and flexible personality with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Structured and accurate way of working as well as economic skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Technical and mechanical know-how

In order to comply with legal requirements, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in the amount of €3,398.14 gross/month. A clear willingness to increase pay based on qualifications and experience.
