Customer Care Administrative Assistant (H/F)

B&R Automation France is looking for a Customer Care Administrative Assistant (M/F) based in our Saint-Priest agency.

As a Customer Care Administrative Assistant (M/F), you will be the link between our employees, our customers, and our Austrian head office.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Reception / Switchboard:
    • Managing the switchboard, telephone messages, appointments, reception of visitors from staff members, general email.
    • Reception & departure of mail and parcels (Post + Colissimo/TNT/Fedex)
  • Travel management:
    • Reservation of taxis / trains / planes & hotels for all agencies in accordance with the company's travel policy.
    • Management of SNCF season tickets and loyalty cards
    • Management of travel related to internal meetings
  • Real Estate and Facility Management:
    • Supervision of the management of supplies and supplier contracts/invoices in collaboration with the Executive Assistant: telephony, office equipment, cleaning, maintenance of premises, management of various service providers in general.
    • Management of the various accesses (badges, alarms)
    • Management of printers, postage machines, coffee machines, water machines within the different areas of the branches.
    • Participate in the safety of personnel and property (alarm reporting, various maintenance, electrical/fire compliance, etc.)
  • Various administrative support:
    • Management of the mobile fleet
    • Follow-up of IS equipment in the branches (incoming/outgoing/renewal) and ordering of equipment in collaboration with our local IS contact.
  • Sales administration:
    • Manage the management of product orders in SAP (from entry to invoicing) in coordination with the Customer Care team.
    • Follow-up of payments and management of disputes related to the activity.
    • Updating databases, handling contacts, commercial coordination etc.
  • Your background
  • You are familiar with new communication and management technologies (software, internet, spreadsheets, e-mail, etc.).
  • You have a good command of written and oral expression.
  • You are autonomous, know how to manage your priorities and have a real sense of customer service
  • You are versatile, diplomatic and enjoy teamwork
  • You have a good level of English: Environment and exchanges with the head office in English.
