Determining the 80MP (Stepper motors) order code

Bestellschlüssel_Kopf_80MP_DE_1.0_de

Flange dimensions (a)

D... 56.4 mm (NEMA 23)

F... 60 mm

H... 87.1 mm (NEMA 34)

  •
    80MPD
    80MPF
    80MPH
    Holding torque
    1.1 to 3.0 Nm
    1.15 to 3.5 Nm
    4.0 to 13.6 Nm
    Stall torque
    0.8 to 2.2 Nm
    0.81 to 2.5 Nm
    2.9 to 9.3 Nm

Number of stacks (b)

Corresponds to the length of the motor.

1... 1 stack

3... 2 stacks

4... 2 stacks - high torque (80MPH)

5... 3 stacks (80MPD and 80MPF)

6... 3 stacks (80MPH)

Current (cc)

Current x 100 mA

Example:

30 corresponds to 3000 mA = 3 A

50 corresponds to 5000 mA = 5 A

With 8 wire motors (eeff = S000), the user can wire the stepper motor for series or parallel operation. The designation ccd in the model number for these motors corresponds to the specified current for series wiring. If the 8 wire motor is operated with parallel wiring, the specified current ccd in the model number must be doubled.

Current multiplier (d)

10d

Example:

cc = 10, d = 1

10 x 100 mA x 101 = 10000 mA = 10 A

With 8 wire motors (eeff = S000), the user can wire the stepper motor for series or parallel operation. The designation ccd in the model number for these motors corresponds to the specified current for series wiring. If the 8 wire motor is operated with parallel wiring, the specified current ccd in the model number must be doubled.

Protection type / brake option (ee)

S0... Standard

S1... IP65

D1... IP65 + brake

Options (ff)

00... No encoder

11... Hiperface

13... SSI absolute encoder

14... ABR incremental encoder
