With the compressor, a continuous contour is created from short path sections. One license is necessary for each axis group.
Typische toepassingen:
- Generation of free-form surfaces
- Reduced program execution time while observing geometric tolerancing
- Processing of programs with short path sections generated with a post-processor
Functioneel toepassingsgebied:
The compressor processes successive straight sections and creates from them a continuous contour. This makes movements smoother and faster. Damage to the machine is prevented, and the machining process is accelerated. The maximum deviation from the programmed points can be parameterized. The generated contour can be differentiated up to the second order.
