Automation Studio offers end-to-end simulation that allows applications to be configured and tested without requiring hardware. industrialPhysics is a physics-based 3D simulation software with real-time capability for virtual commissioning of mechatronic systems. CAD data for systems can be imported into industrialPhysics to create digital twins that can then be connected to Automation Studio.

All exercises are performed in an Automation Runtime Simulation (ArSim) as well as in the B&R industrialPhysics edition.
