La semplificazione del sistema di accoppiamento fra il riduttore e l’albero del motore, l’allineamento della coppia erogata al valore standard disponibile sul mercato e la riduzione dei rapporti di trasmissione hanno permesso a B&R di offrire un riduttore ottimizzato dal punto di vista dei costi. Questa serie è disponibile con rapporto di trasmissione pari a 5,10 e 25. L’albero di uscita è disponibile soltanto nella versione con chiavetta.
Riduttori planetari con albero di uscita
The standard gearboxes are single-stage for gear ratios i= 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 and have ≤ 8 - ≤ 15 arcmin backlash. In addition, these gearboxes are also offered in two-stage or three-stage designs. At the top of the product line, the premium series provides backlash ≤ 1 arcmin as an option paired with high output torques. B&R gearboxes from the standard series give you the possibility to choose between all output geometries established on the market in the area of coaxial planetary gears.
- This enables B&R to supply gearboxes for existing applications without having to make changes to the machine.
With the 8GP55 series, you are also able to combine the output bearings and the output geometry of the 8GP60 series in combination with the torsional play of the standard series for applications which do not require extremely reduced backlash. This makes it possible to handle high radial and axial forces in a cost-efficient manner.
- This offers a cost-optimized solution for implementing higher bearing forces in applications where the backlash of the standard series is sufficient.
