B&R is currently looking for a highly motivated candidate for the Office Administrator position in Roswell, Georgia.

Job Description

As the point of the first contact for many customers, employees, and partners of B&R North America, the Office Administrator position is critical to creating a positive and professional experience for all. You will welcome visitors to B&R via phone, email, and in person. You will work closely with various departments within B&R to provide administrative support for efficient and effective workflow. As the Office Administrator, you will also be responsible for maintaining a professional office environment that reflects the B&R values of quality products and services, safety, and integrity.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relations
  • Answer a high-volume phone line and direct callers to the appropriate B&R personnel.
  • Greet and welcome visitors. Ensure that all visitors are aware of health and safety guidelines
  • Manage hospitality functions, such as lunch/refreshment service for meetings and training classes, conference room preparation, and WiFi passwords for guests.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist the order processing department with delivery note maintenance, invoicing, customer portals, review of the incoming emails for urgent requests, etc.
  • Assist the accounting department by receipt of incoming checks.
  • Assist the customer training department with database entry and arrangements in preparation for a class and follow up afterwards with customer feedback.
  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for B&R employees in all U.S. offices and occasionally for guests.
  • Monitor and distribute general email inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
  • Update and distribute weekly employee office schedule and phone list.
  • Order business cards for B&R employees.
  • Special administrative projects, as needed.
  • Facility Upkeep and Maintenance
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked, and professional visitor spaces, such as the reception lobby, kitchen, customer demo hall, and conference rooms.
  • Organize necessary office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure that the facility is kept tidy, clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
  • Order supplies for the office and various departments.


  • Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as office administrator, office manager, or similar role
  • Experience with managing an extensive phone system preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with efficiency
  • Positive attitude with a focus on continually improving performance
