Algorithm Engineer - China

Responsibilities:

• Mathematical modeling and algorithm development of key technologies in machine and factory automation
• Establish models for both plant and control strategy meeting the market demand, mainly in the field of plastics, packaging, printing, 3C, renewable energy, logistics, flexible manufacturing, robotics, machine vision, etc
• Close collaboration with software architect and software engineer, to ensure successful technology handover to software product development
• Trace the state-of-art technologies in the industrial automation, to initiate new ideas for next generation product development

Requirements:

• Education: Master and above, PhD preferred
• Background: Subjects related to Automation, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Machine learning, Applied Math, etc
• Software: Proficient in algorithm modeling and development tools such as Matlab, Simulink, Maple, etc
• Solid research foundation and excellent research capability
• Good at communication, socialization, and team working
• Good at oral and written English
• High level of self motivation and self discipline
