Job Description

Lead Sales Operations Excellence through the B&R North America Sales Team. Take leadership and drive excellence in the business for Sales Process, Sales Training, Sales Reporting, and Pricing Management. Take ownership in this position with channel contracts (Distribution Partners and Value Providers), accountability, process, and potential channel partner and Value Provider target lists.

  • Requirements
  • Strong foundation and experience in Sales Process
  • Successful Sales Experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Conceptional and analytical thinking
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking, solution- and result-orientation
  • Good communicator with strong negotiating skills
  • Good English, written and oral
  • Solid knowledge and experience of Excel, SAP, CRM, Quoting, and other tools in use
