Job Description

  • B&R is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to collaborate with the business to attract, develop, and retain the appropriate workforce within the Industrial Automation sector. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Roswell, GA. As the Talent Partner, you will serve as a trusted partner to B&R’s management team by developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the business and competitive marketplace. You will work together with other experienced HR and business professionals both internally and at our parent company, ABB. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse areas of talent acquisition and talent management, and handle various tasks from identifying, attracting, assessing, retaining and advancing internal and external talent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain user access, record candidate progression, and train new users in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent market

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and extending offers for roles in Sales, Engineering, HR, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations

• Act as internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves

• Create new job descriptions and maintain existing job descriptions

• Responsible for all candidate communication, interview coordination, assessments, and reference checks.

• Identify and build proactive relationships with industry specific top performing passive and semi passive candidates

• Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs

• Identify, acquire and maintain non-traditional sourcing strategies to acquire best possible talent

• Provide feedback and coaching to hiring mangers as needed

• Facilitate all offer letters and salary negotiations

• Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent function. • Vet and partner with third part recruitment agencies as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources field preferred
  • 5 years’ experience with full life-cycle recruiting
  • Solid experience with talent management/development programs and experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback
  • Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques • Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking tools and experience leveraging the tool to manage relationships
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to multi-task
  • High professional HR standards in handling confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
