- The hidden FAT file system now supports partitions with less

Fixes

BSP:
- The screen saver did not start after a reboot.
- During touch screen calibration the "touch timeout" was
  decreased. Solved with ELO touch screen driver V1.16.
- Sometimes the START.DAT keyword STORAGEMEMORY was not handled
  correctly. Solved with B&R AutoRun V4.6.
Image:
- ID 185075: The SIP could not be started in the power-On password
  dialog.
- ID 179375: Time synchronization did not work over SNTP between
  two Windows CE devices. Solved with corrected SNTP settings in the
  registry: "trustlocalclock" = 1.
- ID 152370: Empty string in SETTINGS.REG caused a crash.
  Solved with B&R AutoRun V4.6.
- B&R PP300/400 CE6.0 SDK V1.0 and B&R PPC300 CE6.0 SDK V1.0 could
  not be used together. Solved with new platform ID of the B&R
  PP300/400 CE image.
- The B&R WinCE RDP client did not work.
  Solved with corrected RDP settings in the registry:
  [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MsTscAx.MsTscAx.3] changed to
  [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MsTscAx.MsTscAx.6]
- The B&R desktop logo was too large for QVGA resolution.
- The power-On password dialog was too large for QVGA resolution.

Changes

BSP:
- Updated with BIOS loader V2.3:
  * The loader checks if there is enough free RAM (default: > 96
    MB) available to start the B&R Windows CE image. The amount of
    required RAM can be set with the new START.DAT keyword
    "RAMMIN=<mb>".
  * The loader displays a startup message if the START.DAT keyword
    ERRORMSG=1 is set.
  * The loader is now based on the source code of Windows Embedded
    CE 6.0 R1.
- Updated with B&R control panel applet Server V3.5.
  This version supports the creation of a telnet default user.
- Updated with B&R control panel applet Touchscreen V3.6.
- Updated with QFE 071030_KB942494 (for USB drivers).
- Updated with B&R Set Date & Time utility V1.6.
- Updated with B&R screen saver SSBlank V1.3.
- Updated with B&R screen saver SSFloat V1.2.
- The escape codes DISPLAY_ON and DISPLAY_OFF were implemented in
  LxVideo.dll.
Image:
- "Alphablend API (GDI Version)" component added.
  This component is required for display of transparent GIF
  and PNG images.
- "Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)" component added.
- B&R Task Manager V1.1 added.
- B&R Image Viewer V1.1 added.
