With this software you can access functions of the B&R Automation Device Interface (ADI) from Windows applications built for example with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 or Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0.

ADI is the interface to these B&R devices:
- Automation PC 620
- Automation PC 810
- Automation PC 820
- Mobile Panel 40/50
- Mobile Panel 100/200
- Panel PC 300
- Panel PC 700
- Panel PC 800
- Power Panel 100/200
- Power Panel 300/400
- Power Panel 500


For example, you can turn on or off LEDs or change the brightness of a B&R Automation Panel.

Therefore the appropriate ADI driver must be installed on the device.


This setup contains:
- A Microsoft Visual Basic module with declaration of ADI functions.
- Header files and import libraries for Visual C++.
- Help files for Visual Basic and Visual C++.
- Sample projects for Visual Basic and Visual C++.
- ADI DLL (for test of applications when ADI driver is not installed).
