Customer <> Level 1 / 2 / 3

APROL international support is available for APROL R3.0 and R3.2 via telephone or email free of charge

If your Level 1 contact person cannot be reached, it is also possible to communicate the problem directly to the Level 2 support.


Level 2 then guarantees that you will be contacted and the matter is handled by the corresponding Level 1 B&R application engineer.

For transferring large amounts of data (e.g. complete APROL project)
For an efficient error analysis, it is mostly advantageous if an analysis can be made in the corresponding project because many errors can only be found under certain conditions.
To make sure that the data can be transferred, we also offer FTP download in additon to HTTP download.
