Configuration Portal
Using the product configuration portal provided by B&R, you can quickly, simply and safely configure industrial PCs, visualization devices and drive systems.
The simple and intuitive usage of our Configurator enables you to create your own configuration for your devices that is specially tailored to your hardware and software needs.
The integrated, extensive technical knowledge base (in the Configurator) shows you only the hardware and software-specific features that are compatible to one another. Devices that were created and released using the B&R Configurator can be ordered and produced without further consultation.
For users without a customer login, the option of starting the configuration simulation from the product catalog is available, in order to get an overview of the wide range of B&R products.
Your B&R contact person is happy to answer any questions that may arise!
The portal will be released for customers and partners in the second quarter of 2009.
Terms of Use for the Configurators:
The values on these Internet pages are to be used as general information and cannot replace the detailed information in the respective manual. Primarily, the Configurator refers to correctly assembling the components into an industrial PC, control or drive system and doesn't include other contexts such as, but not limited to ambient temperatures and maximum current requirements for the individual components. If merchandise with a 0TP model number is available for selection in the Configurator, then the following applies:
- The warranty is subject to the terms of the guarantee provided by the manufacturer of the external card that was installed according to the customer's wishes. B&R does not provide an additional guarantee.
- B&R products undergo strict type testing before initial delivery in order to ensure conformity in accordance to the applicable international standards. Because type testing is not performed on merchandise assembled at the request of the customer, only adherence to the standards according to the respective manufacturer specification can be specified.
- Industrial PCs The function test only ensures that the PC is able to start up correctly. Function tests cannot be performed on the card during PC assembly.
- B&R assumes no responsibility for revision changes to the merchandise and any resulting adjustments that must be made to the user software.
- Specifications made by the respective manufacturer or supplier of the card are applicable regarding the long-term availability of the cards.
