MONDIAL electronic GmbH located in Gilgenberg has been bought out by Bernecker + Rainer Industrie-Elektronik GmbH (B&R). The new owners will invest in strategic product development and accelerate international expansion of the company.

MONDIAL's main focus will remain renewable energy and mobile automation. The company's goals are to develop technological innovations and to continually improve their position on the worldwide market.
