B&R North America is currently looking for a highly-qualified, motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales growth efforts within our Illinois/Wisconsin Regional Office. The Region encompasses many large industrial areas such as Chicago, Milwaukee, Appleton, Green Bay and others. Location of the position will be influenced on the ideal candidate’s preferred location.
As Territory Sales Manager you will be directly responsible for the following:
Sales:
- Meet/Increase quotas at existing customers though exceptional sales support as well as
the introduction of new/existing products and services.
- Expand customer base through the development and execution of a
Target Account Business Plan.
- Develop market intelligence and document though the use of CRM system.
Sales Events:
- Develop/execute commercial events as required to develop assigned territory.
- Support regional and national trade shows.
Technical:
- Previous controls engineering/programming experience a plus.
- Ability to understand and advise customers on application solutions.
- Provide in-depth technical presentations and discussions to all levels within customer organizations.
- Utilize local and corporate resources to manage application success.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Industry related sales and engineering experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Willingness to travel locally up to 75%
This position requires domestic and some international travel. A valid passport is required.
